How to request a refund

Email hello@getvare.com with your order number and we'll take care of it. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. You do not need to ship the product back unless we ask.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@getvare.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
